From the student perspective, high quality placements can bring a range of benefits and positive impacts. There is strong evidence to suggest that placements and work experience are extremely valuable to students, both in terms of their academic performance and their employability skills.

Placements give students the opportunity to gain skills specific to their subject or industry of choice as well as the employability skills required for real-life work. It also increases their knowledge of an industry or sector, allowing them to make better informed decisions about future career choices.

Providing placement opportunities enhances an institution’s reputation, therefore institutions benefit from more satisfied students. This could significantly improve the attractiveness of the institution to prospective students, who are increasingly mindful of the value of their skill to employers, and improving their job opportunities.

With this in mind NCCVT introduced N3 program that offers in-depth Industry reediness training, Mock Interview Sessions, Personality Development, Soft Skill Training along with International Placement Service. N3 program also offers Lifetime Placement Assistance Membership.

Placement Cell works diligently and efficiently to identify and channelize career opportunities for our students. Last year, 100 percent of our job-seeking students were employed through the Placement Cell.

Our diversified presence in vocational education extends our reach to a variety of sectors in the job market. NCCVT’s consistent performance in providing well-trained skilled manpower makes us the most preferred institute for vocationally skilled manpower in the books of the recruiters. We have a widespread network of recruiters and strong relationships with these in both organized and semi-organized sectors. Because of our very large number of students, we are able to cater to many companies, big and small, in India and abroad.
Our students are regularly absorbed by companies in sectors such as Electrical & Electronics, Manufacturing, Telecom, Automobile, A/C & Refrigeration, Television, Mining & Heavy Industries, Real Estate, IT and Networking etc.

“NCCVT students get jobs easily”, this claim comes from the placements we are able to do for our students. Our efforts to not only technically skill the students in trades they study but also in grooming their personality through training in communication skills, self-presentation and working knowledge of English has proved to be the differentiator of our students.
